David Thompson Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thompson and Elizabeth Thompson (Seeley); his granddaughter Josie Carolyn Thompson; his siblings, Charles Thompson, Patrick Thompson and Cheryl Clark (Richard); his nephew Christopher Thompson; his father-in-law Douglas Derrick; and his stepfather-in-law James Lutke.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Thompson; his children, Jennifer Schierbeek (Jon) of McBain, Matthew Thompson (Carrie) of Marion and Andrew Thompson (Trisha) of Rochester, NY.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Emma, Brody Schierbeek, Leah, Ben, Claire Thompson, Kenzie and Bryce Thompson; his mother-in-law Jeanette Derrick of McBain; his brother Thomas Thompson (Kathy) of Cadillac; his parents-in-law, Keith Derrick (Becky) of Holland, Karen Schaaf (Keith) of Middleville and Mike Derrick (Wendy) of Corinth, TX; and his sister-in-law Beverly Thompson of Kennewick, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions will be made to the American Cancer Society or the Lucas Rehoboth Reformed Church.
