We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2022, at the age of 95, Anna Louise (Strom) Nixon Hosmer of McBain, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albion Strom and Laura Strom (Hodges); her former husband Bruce Emmet Nixon; her husband Melvin "Pete" Hosmer; her siblings, Harold Strom (Ellen), Leo Strom (Beverly), Albion Jr. Strom (Dora Lynn), Frances Bigelow (Leon) and Bessie Strom; her sons-in-law, Denny Moritz and Johnny Petty; her grandchildren, Chad Bruce Pullen and Sally Ann Bronkema; and her great grandchild Jared VanderVlucht.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Pullen (Gary), James Nixon (Roxanne), Sharon Raven (Tim), Mary Bronkema (Herb) and Linda Hoose (David); her stepchildren, Tom Hosmer (Sue), Denny Hosmer (Kathy) and Patti Harris; her grandchildren, Craig Pullen (Angie), Julie Bott (Chris), Sara Mullen (Joel), Wade Nixon (Cheryl), Rob Nixon (Lynn), Becky Ek (Jeff), Lori Krepps, Tim Pullen (Dawn), Katie Bronkema (Brian Edwards), Ryan Bronkema, Jamie Dorland (Sara Jo), Ashley Brookshire (Chris), Amy Laporte (Andy), Matt Hosmer, Angie Quinlan (Rick), Andy Hosmer (Barb), Courtney Barnett (Abe) and Adam Harris; and her siblings, Marian Finnerty, Pete Strom (Virginia) and Chuck Strom (Beverly). She is also survived by 36 great grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren.
