He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fisher and Phebe M. Fisher (Miller). He is survived by: his sons, Cory Fisher of Rochester, Tim Fisher of Mayville, Timothy Charles Fisher Jr. and Dillan Robert Fisher; and his siblings, Patricia Harrison (Tom) of Climax and Paul Fisher (Shelly) of Lapeer.
