She is survived by: her children, Tim Middleton (Diane Bustamante), Sue Yerke (Keith), Diane Freeland (Joel), Brian Middleton (Stacey) and Dave Middleton (Heather); her grandchildren, Tom, Teresa, Jason, Kristin, Jon, Ben, Austin, Emily, Luke, Leah and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Greyson, Charli, Noah, Ezra, Zavier, Waverly and Ian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
