He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Berry and Mary Berry (Ewald); his sisters, Janet Bedford (Dan), Patricia Pendergrast (Charlie) and Nancy Sevener; and his brother-in-law Richie Ozbat.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Berry; his son Shane Berry (Tina); and his brothers-in-law, Lee Sevener and Dale Menzel. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request a donations be made to Mayville Area Ambulance Service in Daniels name.
