He is survived by: his mother Nelda Whitaker (Mills); his wife Terri Tysick; his daughters, Nicole Whitaker and Mindee Hamman (Scott); his grandchildren, Arianna Hamman, Bryce Hamman and Cadence Ruppal; and his sisters, Becky Banas (Steve) and Joy Hadley (Chris).
