She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wasielewski and Helen Wasielewski (Bennick); her husband Leroy Hoag; her siblings, Robert Wasiekwski and Onaleigh Andrews; and her brother-in-law Donald Putman.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Hoag (Dawnette), Lane Hoag (Kelly) and Brent Hoag; her grandchildren, Jared Hoag (Haley Matthews), Carly Hoag and Brady Hoag; her sister Sylvia Putnam; her siblings-in-law, Carol Wasielewski and Donald Andrews; and her nieces and nephews, Stefanie Schwaderer (Andy), Edward Wasielewski (Judy), Eugene Wasielewski (Nikki), Connie Knieper (Mike), Doug Andrews (Shelly), Kim Andrews and Steven Andrews (Dawn).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Avram Funeral Home (6028 Lincoln St, Mayville, MI 48744). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial may be made to Mayville Community Schools Athlethic Department.
