He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Szcygiel of Caro. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; and his children, Carolyn Wymore (Henry) of Mayville, Mary Draper (Arland) of Mayville and Michael Scigel (Mary) of Mayville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
