He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Cheryl Martin (Mike), Mary Frances Anstett (Rick) and Kris Benson (Rodney); his grandchildren, Robyn Frazier (Rick), Matthew Benson (Jade), Brandon Benson (Jess), Ben Anstett and Nick Anstett (Gretchen); and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Hilda, Bradley, Elliott, Zoey, Liam, Jacob, Sierra and Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Frank may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
