He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Witte and Marie Witte; his brother Marvin; and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Suzanne Moyle (Emily Witte); his grandchildren, Ashley Kordish (Dennis), Brett Moyle, Olivia (Tyler Henry) and Hannah Witte (Payton Knapp); and his great grandchildren, Valerie and Xander Kordish. He is also survived by niece and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society in care of St John Bosco church or to the Antwerp Sunshine Library.
