He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Welch and Bessie Welch; his children, Timothy Welch, Karen Pizarek (Ron) and Cheryl Warren; his wife Klazina; his stepchildren, Steve Johnston (Shelly), Denise Hessler (Brad) and Bruce Johnston (Shelley); and his siblings, Lorraine Ludwig (Richard), Edith (Milo), Gidings Youngberg (Arnold), Evelyn Noyes (David), Charles Welch (Frances), Kenneth Welch (Dorothy), June Lonsway (Gil), Ilah Hamilton (Paul), Iva Zimmerman (Ted) and Bobby Welch. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and 3+ great-grandchildren.
