He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Draper and Esther Draper (Young); and his siblings, Royce, David, Charles and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Shirliann; and his sons, Robert Louis Draper and Warren Allen Draper (Rebecca). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
