He is survived by: his children, Inc, Karen Clark (Mike), Oliver De Waal (Cheryl), Jenny Meier (Joe), Tony De Waal and Ike De Waal (Becky); his grandchildren, Matt Clark (Veronica), Anna Clark, Jordan De Waal, Josh De Waal, Jessica De Waal, Jenna De Waal, James Meier, Calvin De Waal, Alex De Waal (Regan), Michael Clark (Teri) and Ava Moyle; and his siblings, Izak, Lena, Piet, Marie and Sjaan.
