He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Boelman and Grace Boelman (Bolhuis). He is survived by: his wife Rosi; his children, Machelle Powell and Michael Boelman (Tracy); his brothers, Ron Boelman and Garry Boelman (Anita); his grandchildren, Amanda, Michael and Sydney; and his uncle Loren Bolhuis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
