He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Wayne Rogusta. He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Carlisle and Joyce Carlisle (Guiter); his wife Anna Carlisle; his children, James Carlisle (Karen) and Michelle Garland (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashely (Kevin), Dakota (Taylor), Austin, Aaron and James Jr.; his sister Cathy Carlisle; his mother-in-law Ruthann Buck (Rogusta); and his pet Kahlua. He is also survived by many sisters- and brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
