She was predeceased by: her brother Paul Gervais. She is survived by: her daughter Gayle Genevieve; her husband Dan; her children, Edward Bakita and Sikiu Maria Bakita; her grandchildren, Izayah and Alejandrina; and her aunt Dorothy Peterson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
