He is survived by: his wife Joyce Beak; his sons, Jeff Beak (Cindy) and Douglas Beak (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Aislinn, Delaney and Jaidan; and his siblings, Victoria Boehm, Judith Kautz, Kristine Dean, Kimberly Mohrbacher (Kenneth) and Steven Beak (Sandi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
