With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Jean Shuster of Mattawan, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton VanAuken and Leila VanAuken (Waters); her husband Carl F. Shuster; and her daughter Dianne Bell. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Reynolds (Steve) of Mattawan, Ronald Shuster (Michelle) of Vicksburg and Ken Shuster of Kalamazoo. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
