She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Aleksich and Elizabeth Aleksich (Isaac); and her siblings, Paul Aleksich and Linda Bell. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Heighton (Susan) of Mattawan, MI and Keith Heighton (Mary) of Gaylord, MI. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
