He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde F. McMurphy and Anna E. McMurphy (Bosom); and his brother Robert McMurphy. He is survived by: his wife Deborah McMurphy; his children, Abby Danforth (Stephen), Andrew McMurphy and Ami McMurphy (Lukis Husted); his grandchildren, Ellen McMurphy, Charles Corbett, Ashley Corbett and Lady McMurphy; his siblings, Bonnie Jackson, Linda Trieb (Harry) and Mark McMurphy (Jackie); and his parents-in-law, Anna Hawkins, Donald Hawkins, Tony Hawkins, Char Rodriquez (Rocky), Eric Hawkins (Shelly) and Christine Hawkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
