He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Esther Marie Slattery (Cueto); his mother-in-law Clara Lee Arnold; his siblings, Pat Slattery and Keiren Haase (Art); and his aunts, Mary Deleuw and Patricia Slattery.
He is survived by: his wife Missi Slattery of Mason, MI; his daughter Brittany; his son-in-law Kurt Force of Mason, MI; his granddaughters, Klara and Paula Force of Mason, MI; his siblings, Daniel Slattery of Lansing, MI, John (Gail Slattery), James (Tina Slattery) and Jerry Slattery of Saint Joseph, MI; his nieces and nephews, Laura Haase, Katelyn, Bennie Boyd, Megan, Aaron Thomas, Kenny Slattery, Andrea Slattery, Jasmine Slattery, Robby, Chantel Ingalls, Emily, Bobby Albert, Amanda, Alex Aburto and Marla Ingalls; and his sister-in-law Tammy Ingalls.
Memorials may be made to a future fund that will be set up for his granddaughters' education, checks may be payable to Michelle Slattery or Brittany Force.
