He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Parkhurst and Estella Parkhurst; and his siblings, Raymond, Maxine, Beverly and Marian.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; and his daughter Rachel Parkhurst (Christopher Stuck). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
