He is survived by: his former wife Diane Hall; his children, Michael Hall and Lisa Ingalls (Frank); his stepchildren, Lorie Neuman (Dan), Lisa Norris (Jason) and Aaron Huntley (Kristi); his grandchildren, Taylor Ingalls, Jakob Ingalls, Chellis, Amelia and Madeline Hall; and his siblings, Joyce Ickes (John), Joan Porter (Bill) and Nolan Hall (Pat).
