He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Michelle Santos (Marco) and Monte Collins (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nika, Markie, Michael, Makena, Brock and Charlotte; and his siblings, Lonnie, Audie Collins, Sue Kael (Jim), Shannon Franco (Dado) and Toni Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
