He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Howard Bulmer; his brothers, Steve Bulmer, Jack Bulmer and Howdy Bulmer; his mother Gertrude Dedafoe Bulmer Switzer; his wife Penny Bulmer (Williams); his sons, Chad Bulmer (Alesha Valentine) and Josh Bulmer (Dianna); his granddaughters, Briana Bulmer, Aleah Samuel, Kasey Bulmer and Makayla Bulmer; his great grandchild Cassius Bulmer; and his siblings, Stan Bulmer (Debra), Tricia Smith (Eric) and Bob Bulmer (Cindy).
