He was predeceased by: his mother Christine (Dexter) Finch (Hawkins); his grandparents, Sylvester H. and Anna Hawkins; and his uncles, Don Hawkins, Tony Hawkins (Debbie) and Jerry Roberts.
He is survived by: his aunts, Deb McMurphy and Char Rodriguez (Rocky); his uncle Eric Hawkins; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Beverly Hawkins, Rose Caudill, Linda Hawkins, Jerry Mick (Mary Jane) and Terry Foote.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Deb McMurphy, C/O Vickers Funeral Home, to help offset the cost of final expenses.
