He is survived by: his wife Wilma (Pulver); his children, Sheryl, Sue Brooks (Art) and Steve Causie (Susie); his grandchildren, Danielle Gibbs (Andy), Deanna Arnett, Sandi Douse (Justin), Dale Michael Arnett (Damaris), Swanna Cavanaugh (Jay), Sharon Sonnenberg (Paul), Sharolyn Arnett, Amanda Howard (Jeremy), Kandice Erickson (Dar), Stephanie Clelland (Randy) and John Wayne Causie (Courtney Cater); his half-brother Jim Van Dorn (Peg); and his siblings, George Causie (Jackie), Roberta Balk and Judy Barratt (Gregg). He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
