He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Lockwood; his children, Jeff (Laura) and Pam Bullock (Steve); his grandchildren, Tom, Tim, Jared, David, Janie, Scott, Mike, Trevor, Victoria and Camryn; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Kalvin and Waylon.
