He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis A. Foss and Avis Lucille Signor. He is survived by: his wife Joan Alice Foss (Cornell); his sons, Robert (Lisa) and Ronald (Danielle); his grandchildren, Kalon, Connor, Abbigail and Parker; and his brother-in-law William Cornell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
