She was predeceased by: her parents, Luetta Hollister Bruhn and Harry Hoffman; and her siblings, Alice Ward and Howard "Butch" Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband James A. "Jim" Silvis; her children, Todd Silvis (Lisa), James Silvis (Beth), Tracy Wing (Mike) and Wendi Ellsworth (Terry); and her sister Patricia Hall. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
