She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Riley and Ruth Riley; and her husband Bill Philip. She is survived by: her brother Robert Riley; her children, Susan Hubbard and Robert Philip; her son-in-law George Hubbard; her grandchildren, Robert Hubbard (Katie), D'Arcy Peplinski, Riley Hubbard, Emma Philip and Jay Philip; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Causey, Julius Peplinski, Wesley Hubbard and Caroline Hubbard. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mason First Presbyterian Church (131 E Maple St, Mason, MI 48854). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Careline Hospice, who cared for her so wonderfully, or the Purple Rose Theatre, where she loved to see shows.
