He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur J. Cowan and Bessie Cowan (Sweeney); and his wife Connie Robinson. He was also cherished by 5 children; 2 stepchildren; 10 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
