She is survived by: her daughter Madilyn Raeh Mills; her parents, Melinda Sue Hummel (DeWitt) and Cory JonPaul Hummel; her sister Katelyn Ann Hatt; her grandparents, Ron DeWitt, Kris DeWitt, Judy Nemcik, Elynn Hummel and Kris Hummel; and her uncles, Tom DeWitt (Inamarie), Brittany Partin (Sam), Adam DeWitt (Ivy), Ben DeWitt (Stephanie) and Juston Hummel. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
