He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sheldon and Lettie Mae Sheldon. He is survived by: his wife Erma Petrossi; his children, James Sheldon (Gail), Christine Steelman, Cathy May (Bill) and Steven Sheldon (Kim); and his friend Joan Stephens. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The Reverend Bruce Ake will officiate.Military honors conducted by the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
