He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schlener and Sonia Schlener; and his mother-in-law Theresa Ann Curcio. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Hoover (Mark); his grandchildren, Nicholas of Port Huron and Elizabeth of Germany; his great grandchildren, Dillon and Seger of Port Huron; his granddaughter-in-law Krysta Pettengill; and his sister Sonia Ellen Urevith.
