He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Walter Gronek Sr.. He is survived by: his wife April Newhart; his children, Allan Gronek (Cindy), Robert Gronek (Sabrina), Daniel Kilbourn (Danielle), Kenneth Warshefski, Karl Warshefski (Kathy) and Julie Pettee (Mark); and his pet Mollie. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marysville Community Fund through the Community Foundation of St. Clair County or to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
