He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Thorpe; his grandchildren, Lance III and Leighton Thorpe; his brothers, Harold "Mal" Forys (Joan) and Frank Forys; and his brother-in-law Jim Arpan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
