He is survived by: his wife Etta Pauline Sheldon; his daughters, Cheryl Johnson (Larry), Janis Zimmer, Barbara Hija and Terri Wager (Scott); his grandchildren, Shelby Shore (Jamie), Marcilynn Misaros (David), Michelle Kut (Patrick), Matthew Zimmer (Jill), Amberly Zimmer, Tracy Bucko (Craig), Thomas Hija (Rose), Kevin Wagar (Crystal) and Courtney Eveningred (Nichol); his great grandchildren, Makayla Shore, Ethan, Adeline Kut, Ryan, Colin, Ashlynn Zimmer, Morgan, Nicklas Bucko, Emily Frey, Camry, Brennan Eveningred, Brooklyn Shore, Sydnee, Jackson Hija and Caden Fraser; and his brother-in-law William Sheldon.
Military Honors will be conducted under the auspices of the United States Navy and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Christopher Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society.
