She was predeceased by: her parents, Myra Bateman and Edward Lynn Bateman; and her sister Janice Finn. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Joseph D. Macri; her children, Catherine Kibler (William), Heather Franso (O'Neil) and Jeffrey; and her grandchildren, Avery Friedman, Madison Friedman and Nicholas Friedman.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home (214 Trumbull St, St Clair, MI 48079). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (415 N 6th St, St Clair, MI 48079).
