He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Troy and Velma Troy; his son Timothy James Troy; and his children-in-law, Michael Patterson and Charlotte Troy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann King; and his children, Robert Troy (Joan), Angela Patterson, Jeffrey Troy (Patty), Mary Siemen (Gary) and Christopher Troy (Lisa). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
