He is survived by: his children, Jill Forsythe (late Steven), Joni Terry (Ron), Jane Levandowski, Paul Levandowski Jr. (Kathy), Jacalyn Schultz (Jerry), Jeff Levandowski (Patty), Janine Paeth (Fred Goodell), John Levandowski and Rose Tetreau (Scott); his grandchildren, Matt, Kristi, Sarah, Ronnie, Rikki, Channon, Patrick, Jesse, Jenelle, Lee, Laine, Lacey, Kim, Jennefer, Janet, Julia, Jake, Gloria, Gary, Melissa, Ashley and Jerry; and his sister-in-law Shirley Lewandowski. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
