He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Elgy Lewis, Sr. and Editha Mary Lewis; his siblings, Jerry Lewis and Dee Mayhew (Judy); his grandson Baby Cameron; his parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Frank DeMeere; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Smith (Brad) and Mary Bentson (Gordon).
He is survived by: his wife Nina Lewis (DeMeere); his children, Michael Lewis (Jamey), Michele Matusik (Joseph), Marcy Cameron (Jamie), Melanie Latin (Dave) and Melisa Lloyd (Russ); his siblings, Ross Lewis (Gloria) and Candy Wittenberg; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Tricomo (Frank) and Pat Lewis. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
