He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Scott. He is survived by: his father Charles Scott (Donna); his son SGT Jeremiah Scott; his significant other Amy Sanderson; his significant other's children, Emily and Sydney; his sister Michele Baker (Jeff); his niece Emily Fox; and his nephew Mitchel Fox. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
