She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Warren (Ted) and Greg Henry; her grandchildren, Mitchell Warren, Zachary Warren, Emily Warren, Hayley Hanna (Isaac) and Melony Bardy (Andy); her great grandchildren, Luna and Lincoln Bardy; and her siblings, John Nichols (Sally), Jack Nichols, Richard Nichols, Dale Nichols, Rany Nichols (Dawn) and Cindy Nichols. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
