He is survived by: his wife Edith; his children, Dena Cline-Kornik (James Kornik), Robert Purkiss (Deborah Cox) and Cheryl Sedwick (Rick Scott); his grandchildren, Nathan Cline (Alicia), Trevor Etminan (Paiam), Erica Capadagli (Chad), William Purkiss, Sara Purkiss, Amber Sedwick, Cole Sedwick and Donald Sedwick; his brother James Purkiss (Verone); his friend Kathy Fletcher; and his cousin Carol Leffler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
