He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Sheldon and Myrtle Sheldon. He is survived by: his spouse Maryellen Davis; his sons, Leland "Eddie" Sheldon Jr. (Diane) and Scott Sheldon; his grandchildren, Jeff Harris, Josh Harris and Jesse Sheldon; and his siblings, Jean Gassel, Virginia Campbell, Karen Schieman, Sharon Hamel (David), Lois Calloway and George Sheldon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His life-long friend, Gerald Barrett will officiate.Burial will be in Burtchville Township Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
