He is survived by: his mother Rosemary; and his siblings, James Spens (Patricia), Michael, Kelvin, Charles Spens, JoAnn Jolliffe, Linda Boike (David) and Fran Fowler (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
