He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Bell and Mary Ellen Bell. He is survived by: his wife Gail D. Quaine; his children, Carrie Bell, Jerry C. Bell, Michael Bell (Annie) and Andrew Bell (Stephanie); and his brother Kenneth Bell (Marlene). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
