He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Danko and Mary Danko; and his siblings, Michael Danko and Agnes Mudry. He is survived by: his wife Nancy VanHaelemeersch; his children, Christina Castellano (James), John Danko (Kristina) and David Danko (Jodie); his grandchildren, James Castellano (Stephanie), Mark Castellano, Sarah Castellano, Lucas Danko, Allison Danko and Danielle Danko; and his sister Elizabeth Richardville (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Kiwanis Club of the Blue Water Area/Port Huron and may be sent to the funeral home.
