He was predeceased by: his father Paul Osentoski; and his siblings, Casimir, Irvin Osentoski and Virginia Ren. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve E. Dingman; his children, Charles Osentoski (Carol) and Karen Osentoski; and his sister June Ward.
